By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, making payment, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and any other policies published on our website from time to time.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

3. Products and Business Activities

SHINEFLOWERS BEAUTY SDN. BHD. is involved in the import, export, wholesale, retail, and online sale of perfumeries, cosmetics, soaps, toiletries, skincare products, hair-care products, beauty accessories, and related personal-care products.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, product images, pricing details, dimensions, ingredients, usage information, and other relevant product information. However, certain details may vary slightly due to supplier updates, manufacturing batches, screen settings, lighting, photography, packaging revisions, product reformulation, or other reasonable factors.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colour shades, packaging design, fragrance perception, texture, product finish, and actual appearance may differ slightly from what is shown online.

4. Product Information and Suitability

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before placing an order, including product descriptions, ingredients, directions for use, warnings, storage requirements, allergy information, suitability guidance, expiry information, and any other relevant product details.

Beauty and personal-care products may not be suitable for every individual. Customers with sensitive skin, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, dermatological issues, or specific ingredient sensitivities should seek professional advice where appropriate before using a product.

Where suitable, customers are encouraged to perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition unless specifically stated by the relevant manufacturer and permitted by applicable law.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices shown on our website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing, product availability, promotions, discounts, and product information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Where there is a pricing error, product-description error, stock discrepancy, system error, or promotion error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel, amend, or refuse an affected order before dispatch.

Product availability is subject to stock levels, supplier availability, import arrangements, demand, and operational conditions. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock. An order is only confirmed after payment has been successfully verified and accepted by us.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.

After you place an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation or payment acknowledgement. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Acceptance occurs only when we confirm that the order has been processed for dispatch, unless we notify you otherwise.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Product stock is unavailable;
  • Payment cannot be verified or is unsuccessful;
  • The order appears fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorised;
  • There is a pricing, listing, promotion, or technical error;
  • The delivery address is incomplete, inaccessible, or unsupported;
  • The order exceeds reasonable purchase limits;
  • The product is restricted from delivery to the selected destination; or
  • We are required to do so for legal, safety, operational, or security reasons.

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund or appropriate alternative resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout or otherwise approved by us.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. We do not control third-party payment systems and are not responsible for delays, service interruptions, processing errors, or unauthorised access caused by third-party payment providers, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Orders will generally not be processed or dispatched until successful payment verification has been completed.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, delivery timeframes, delivery coverage, courier arrangements, tracking, failed deliveries, restricted products, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. Delays may occur because of courier operations, festive periods, weather conditions, customs requirements, remote-area delivery, incorrect address information, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for losses, delays, failed delivery, additional fees, or returned parcels caused by inaccurate delivery information, failed contact attempts, delivery refusal, or failure to collect parcels from courier collection points.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and product-condition requirements are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Due to hygiene, safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, certain cosmetics, skincare products, fragrances, toiletries, and personal-care items may not be returnable once opened, used, unsealed, swatched, tested, sprayed, or removed from protective packaging.

Customers should inspect all products promptly after delivery and notify us within the stated period if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the order confirmation.

10. Account Security and Customer Responsibilities

Where account registration is available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, password, verification codes, and login details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHINEFLOWERS BEAUTY SDN. BHD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-related losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

Our total liability in connection with a product order will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected product, except where a greater remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays, failure to perform, or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, floods, epidemic or pandemic conditions, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, government action, import restrictions, courier disruption, internet outages, supplier failure, or transportation interruptions.
